We are not responsible for payment gateway failures or transaction delays.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel any order suspected of fraud
• Refuse service to anyone at our discretion
• Limit or cancel quantities purchased per customer

Orders for print-on-demand or graphic products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or external factors are beyond our control.

Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer may result in failed delivery or RTO charges.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.

• Only eligible items may be replaced within 7 days.
• Graphic printed products are non-returnable.
• Shipping and printing charges are non-refundable.

All decisions regarding returns are final.

8. Intellectual Property
