🚚 Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

This Return, Replacement & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from THEFVKE through our website.

By placing an order with THEFVKE, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. 7-Day Replacement Window

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of successful delivery.

Requests for replacement must be raised within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Eligible Products for Replacement

Only the following products are eligible for replacement:

• Plain T-Shirts
• Plain Hoodies

Replacement will be granted only if:

• The item is unused and unwashed
• Original tags and packaging are intact
• The product is returned in resellable condition
• No signs of wear, damage, perfume, stains, or alteration are present

THEFVKE reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving replacement.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items

The following products are strictly non-returnable and non-replaceable:

• Graphic Printed Apparel
• Print-on-Demand Products
• Custom-designed items

Since these products are printed or manufactured specifically upon order confirmation, they are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or replacement after dispatch or delivery.

4. No Full Returns Policy

THEFVKE does not offer full order returns.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases such as:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged product received at the time of delivery
• Verified manufacturing defect

All claims must be supported with:

• Clear unboxing video
• Photographic proof
• Order ID details

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

5. Refund Conditions

If a refund is approved:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Printing charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
• Payment gateway charges may be deducted
• Refund amount may vary depending on inspection outcome

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Shipping & Handling Charges

• Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Replacement shipping fees may apply depending on location.

Charges may vary based on product type and delivery zone.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders for print-on-demand or graphic products cannot be cancelled once placed.

For eligible items, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

THEFVKE shall not be liable for:

• Minor color variations due to screen differences
• Size issues if ordered incorrectly by the customer
• Delays caused by courier partners
• Customer-provided incorrect shipping details

Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase value of the product.

9. Right to Refuse

THEFVKE reserves the right to refuse replacement or refund if:

• The product does not meet eligibility conditions
• The claim appears fraudulent or abusive
• The request is outside the allowed time frame

All decisions made by THEFVKE shall be final and binding.
