This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on THEFVKE within India.

By placing an order with THEFVKE, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Print-on-demand (graphic printed) products may require 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeline (India)

After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary depending on product type and delivery location.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

For replacements (if approved), shipping charges may apply.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking link will be sent via email or SMS.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking details.

6. Delays & Liability

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeline, THEFVKE shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events
  • Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.


7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a customer provides:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete contact details
  • Unavailable at delivery

The order may be returned to origin (RTO).

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges will be applicable.
  • Refund (if applicable) may be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.

8. Damaged Parcel at Delivery

If you receive a visibly damaged parcel:

  • Do not accept the package.
  • Record an unboxing video if accepted.
