This Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy applies to all COD orders placed on THEFVKE within India.
By placing a COD order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. COD Availability
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected pincodes across India.
THEFVKE reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, high-risk orders, or specific products without prior notice.
2. COD Confirmation Process
To prevent fake or fraudulent orders:
- All COD orders may require order confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, call, or email.
- Orders not confirmed by the customer may be automatically cancelled.
Failure to respond to confirmation attempts may result in COD restriction on future orders.
3. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
If a COD order is:
- Refused at delivery
- Not accepted by the customer
- Undelivered due to customer unavailability
- Returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer
It will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
In such cases:
- Shipping charges (both forward and return) will be charged to the customer.
- Future COD orders may be permanently blocked.
- Re-shipping will only be done after prepaid payment including shipping fees.
4. COD Charges
Additional COD handling charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
These charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
5. Non-Eligible Products for COD
Print-on-demand and graphic printed products may not be eligible for COD in certain cases due to customization and production costs.
THEFVKE reserves the right to restrict COD on high-value or custom items.
6. Abuse of COD Facility
THEFVKE maintains a strict policy against misuse of COD.
Accounts showing:
- Multiple order cancellations
- Repeated RTO cases
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
May be permanently restricted from COD services.
7. Customer Responsibility
By selecting COD as payment method, the customer agrees to:
- Be available at delivery address
- Accept the order upon arrival
- Pay the exact amount mentioned in the order confirmation
Failure to do so may result in penalties or COD restrictions.
8. Limitation of Liability
THEFVKE shall not be responsible for:
- Courier partner delays
- Delivery rescheduling issues
- Cash handling disputes after successful delivery
All disputes must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
